Family Violence

While at the Harris County District Attorney's Office I was assigned to the Family Criminal Law Division. This division of the DA's office prosecutes family violence offences including assault family member, assault family member #2, aggravated assault on a family member and violation of a protective order. While assigned to the FCLD division I learned how the DA's office prepares these cases. They are very specialized. If you have been charged with one of these offenses, you need someone who knows how to handle them.
